Is the ₱15,000 deposit guaranteed approval?+
No. The standard deposit is PHP 15,000 subject to approval. Approval is human-reviewed.
How is installment pricing calculated?+
Markup (10/15/20/25% for 3/6/9/12 months) applies to the full cash selling price before the deposit. The financed balance is installment total minus deposit, split across monthly payments in exact centavos.
Do you have phones in stock?+
Inventory is on demand. After approval and verified deposit we order from a Philippine supplier, then inspect and hand off locally.
How do I pay installments?+
Customer-initiated GCash with manual verification in the POC. No automatic wallet withdrawals.
What if I miss a due date?+
Accounts can show overdue and may receive reminders. The first seven calendar days after the due date are penalty-free. Proposed late fees remain disabled until legally approved.
